These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EQ Ninjas products and services, including our website, educational app, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, educator, or authorized adult.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

2. Educational Use

EQ Ninjas is an educational social-emotional learning platform. Content is provided for learning and skill-building purposes and is not medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

  • Paid plans, pricing, billing cadence, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You authorize EQ Ninjas (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.
  • Upload or share malicious code, spam, or content that infringes another party's rights.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All EQ Ninjas curriculum, branding, code, and materials are owned by EQ Ninjas or its licensors.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or classroom use in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from protected materials without written permission.

Our collection and use of data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that privacy practices apply, including protections for child-related educational data.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users, the Services, or our systems.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EQ Ninjas and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
